This service is for the family option: Covers the parents and up to 2 children under 18, or 1 dependent adult. Each additional child under 18 costs €30. For a second dependent adult, an extra €70 applies.

Once the payment is made, you will receive a short intake form by email where you can select which service you require and add any relevant information. You will need to complete and return this form so I can begin processing your request. You will then receive an email with all your necessary documents required for the necessary application.
